Welcome to Everest! This environment is designed to guide you through the process of cultural development at First Baptist Church Indian Trail. Everest allows individuals to master vision components developed through the CultureBus Process. Everest helps create the right environment for staff, volunteers and potential leaders of the church to flourish and thrive. In Everest, leaders can access basecamps: stops along the cultural development journey, which are designed by the church through the CultureBus process. The purpose of basecamps are to give senior leaders easy access to these new leadership tools as they mentor individuals through the Vision components of First Baptist Church Indian Trail.
